Announcement by the Ministry of the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works
An announcement by the Ministry of the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works explains that:
The Ministry of the Environment and Waters accepted the request of the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the voluntary revocation of the applications for the authorization of the photovoltaic power stations, while returning a deposit slip to the investors.
As stated in a relevant announcement by the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, following its actions for the voluntary revocation of the applications for PV plant licensing with the simultaneous return of the deposit slip (due to the suspension of licenses from August 2012 to the HYPE / F1 /2300/166932 of 10/8/12 no positive or negative answer to these requests is to be provided, so the deposit fee can be considered as not “consumed”), the Ministry of Economy and Energy announced that:
– “In the exempt PV license (<1 MW), the request was accepted and therefore investors who wish to do so can apply to the relevant offices of the PPCD and submit their withdrawal requests in order to be refunded the deposit fee.
– Licensed PVs (> 1 MW) from RAE have been informed that additional administrative arrangements are required, so we will come back with a new announcement. ”
