LAGIE – Monthly Special Account for RES & CHP
A swift increase in the installation of photovoltaic systems, as energypress has already announced, shows the data released by LAGIE and concerns installations by February 15th.
In particular, according to the updated data, in the first 1.5 months of 2013, a total of 296 MW was installed (in an interconnected and non-interconnected system). Of these, 278 MW are for terrestrial systems and other roof systems.
The EUR 1.32 billion deficit at the end of 2014
At the same time, in his report, LAGIE is adjusting its forecasts for both the new facilities in the next two years and the deficit of the RES Special Account.
In particular, LAGIE increases the projected deficit for the end of 2014 by about € 400 million (compared with its January forecast), raising it to approximately € 1.32 billion.
