Two-month Extension for Professionals Farmers
Pricing with the old “tariffs” provides for photovoltaics for which an application for activation of their connection was submitted by August 10, 2012, the new draft law on stockpiling of oil, which was submitted to the Parliament.
Specifically, article 24 of the draft law deals with cases of investors who have declared their readiness to connect their photovoltaic plant before the entry into force of the number YPEPE / Φ1 / 2301 / οικ.16933 / 9.8 .2012 of the Deputy Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate Change, which significantly reduced the reference value, but their connection was delayed for technical reasons.
Extension for rural F / W
At the same time, the article provides for an extension of the duration of the association agreements signed for professional photovoltaic stations in order to deal with occupational cases of farmers who had requested loans from the Agricultural Bank, whose approval / disbursement was delayed due to the merger of the latter with the Piraeus Bank.
Alternatively, it is possible to return the letter of guarantee to these farmers, as long as they declare that they will not proceed with the implementation of the photovoltaic plant.
In detail, the article is as follows:
“Article 24: Arrangements for photovoltaic stations
- For those photovoltaic stations that were requested to activate their connection by August 10, 2012, the reference price is the price that was in force at the time of submission of the above application.
- Linking contracts signed for professional photovoltaic stations, the contractual duration of which expires by 31 March 2013, shall be extended by two months at the request of the farmer concerned to the competent operator submitted within a specific time limit one month after the entry into force of this Agreement.
- Association Agreements signed for photovoltaic stations by professional farmers and whose contractual maturity expired in the period from 1 September 2012 until the entry into force of this Agreement are considered active and their duration is extended to two months from the entry into force of the present at the request of the farmer concerned to the competent administrator, submitted within one month of the entry into force of this present.
- Letters of guarantee submitted before the signing of Association Agreements for photovoltaic stations by professional farmers shall be returned, following a responsible declaration by the farmer concerned to the competent operator that he will not proceed with the plant. “
